The idea

You contact us when problems arise with processes in your company. Due to a shortage of skilled workers, processes can no longer be carried out reliably as usual. Increases in quantities require processes to be handled differently. Required quality standards can no longer be met in the current manufacturing process, or only with considerable additional effort.

Concept development

We work with you to define the task: to what extent should the change take place? Which solution approach is effective, and which is less so? Should further production steps be integrated into the new process? We carry out a feasibility analysis and risk assessment for you. Once the complete concept has been clarified, you will receive our qualified offer.

Planning/design

Once the order has been received, the planning phase of the project begins: our design engineers work out the details of the entire system, the electronic control system is defined and programmed, and robot tasks are specified where necessary. We have a large network of experts in a wide variety of fields at our disposal. If, for example, special safety technology or specific certificates are required, these tasks are also incorporated into the project at this stage.

Implementation and preliminary acceptance

Step by step, the project is now taking shape. First, the mechanical construction, the integration of additional components, such as a printer or scanner, then wiring and switch cabinet construction, and finally the complete completion of the system. No system leaves our premises without first being tested and found to be in good working order. For this reason, preliminary acceptance always takes place on our premises. Delivery only takes place after approval by your project manager, who checks that the system is functioning properly and that the full scope of services has been provided.

Delivery and commissioning

After delivery to the final installation site, commissioning is carried out by our installation team. Now your idea becomes reality. The system is integrated into ongoing operations, and production and maintenance staff are trained. A test run is carried out, monitored by our technicians. Comprehensive documentation is provided. On request, we can also provide support during the start-up phase to accompany production.
